Experiment18 - Flower in hand

Experiment18 description

1. Print out color & bnw pictures

2. First, choose a picture that is long enough to hold a single tree trunk with one hand

3. Uncover the scanner

4. Roll the picture and position it so that the flower can be seen and hold it with my hand

5. Press the scan start button and scan the picture held by my hand together

Experiment 18 The main point of this work is to hold a picture with my hand and scan it together. It's like expressing an event where a flower is given as a gift to a loved one.

It can be seen as a scene of confessing love by offering a flower to someone.
Maybe that's why the picture is expressed a little intensely.

/ Scan Results B&W

When scanning this photo, especially the lid on the scanner should be covered well on my hand to prevent much light leakage. Because while scanning, strange external light leaks in, which can adversely affect the scan results.

If you look at the picture above, there is a hidden part in the hand grip. If you look at the original picture below, you can see what it is.

As you can see, there's a petal on the bottom, and I scanned it by hand to hide it.
Because there can be many reasons, but I think you can interpret it as a shy confession.

This photo was taken on July 9, 2022. Details are as follows. It was such a hot and humid day. But it was nice to see the beautiful lotus flowers.

Fujifilm X-T4 F7.1 1/350s ISO160 80mm

XF80mm F2.8 Macro

It was a great time to see the beautiful lotus flowers on a very hot summer day. Of course, I remember having a hard time because it was so hot and humid.

I've written an additional article about Experiment 18. 😅
