Transcription of 절벽에 대한 몇가지 충고 [ Photo with Poem / Experiment04 ]


Jeong Ho-seung is a poet that I really like. I recently purchased an additional volume of this poet's poetry collection, and this poem was on the page where I opened the bookmark to it, so I tried to transcribe it.









절벽에 대한 몇가지 충고    정호승




절벽을 만나거든 그만 절벽이 되라


절벽 아래로 보이는 바다가 되라 


절벽 끝에 튼튼하게 뿌리를 뻗은


저 솔자기 끝에 앉은 새들이 되라



절벽을 만나거든 그만 절벽이 되라


기어이 절벽을 기어오르는 저 개미떼가 되라


그 개미떼들이 망망히 바라보는 수평선이 되라




누구나 가슴속에 하나씩 절벽은 있다


언젠가는 기어이 올라가야 할


언젠가는 기어이 내려와야 할


외로운 절벽이 하나씩 있다

This poet writes poems that move people's hearts without using very difficult words.






Experiment04




In the poem's last series, the poet says that everyone has a cliff inside. I wanted to post this photo together because I wanted to express such a cliff as an image.

Next, I will post a link to the video I'm transcribing and the results.

And then I'm going to show you the original picture. The original picture was a very colorful blue hydrangea, but my editing gave it the meaning of a cliff.
